I’m passionate about creating music, especially in the metal genre. I currently play in the Norwegian metal band Trolldeig and run my own metalcore project, Skjebne.
Trolldeig is a Norwegian metal band formed in the Autumn 2021. The lyrics are about norwegian folklore, vikings, and other cool stuff!

Skjebne is a metal project by Dag Ivar Nordby. Based in the small town of Svelvik, 🇳🇴 Dag Ivar writes and records all music in his basement home studio.
With a deep love for melody and the metal genre, Skjebne explores the emotional spectrum through raw, atmospheric, and melodic metal. The debut EP Dark Journal its a glimpse into the darker sides of being human. Dark Journal is part of a planned full album that will continue exploring these emotional depths — not to glorify darkness, but to acknowledge it. Everyone has struggles. Not everyone talks about them. Maybe someone out there can relate.
